All the psychological organs of a physically healthy person should work efficiently. The physical health of any person depends upon many factors such as biological environmental socio culture factors including balance diet body weight according to height skin colour etc. Physically unhealthy person is not only a burden on him/ her self but he/she is a burden on his/her family. Society and Nation also. Such a person cannot contribute in the development of a nation. A physically healthy person does not feel fatigue you when he performs any physical activity so show for the proper development of Physical health A person should pay special attention towards the following points :-- Take nutritious food according to the body requirement to energize the body.
- Never skip breakfast or meals, and not indulge in overeating.
- Take enough water for cleaning the body.
- Take part in regular physical exercise it will increase immunity level against disease.
- Undergo regular medical check up in this way a disease can be checked at an early stage.
- Take sound sleep for at least 7 hours without any interruption.
- Avoid addictive substances.
